For each charge or rental levied by or pursuant to this chapter, if the same is not paid within 30 days after it is due and payable, the municipality is authorized to terminate city water or other utility service until the charge or rental is paid. In addition to the payment of the charge or rental, a charge to reinstate the service shall be established and as set forth in the fee schedule in Part One - Title Eleven, Chapter 205 of these codified ordinances. The amount of the charge shall be as set by ordinance from time to time, shall be made.
