(a) Every person engaged in the business of operating taxicabs, shall pay an annual license fee and shall comply with the terms of this chapter and all ordinances pertaining to the regulation of taxicabs now in effect or which hereafter may become effective.
(b) The fee shall be as established and set forth in the fee schedule in Part One - Title Eleven, Chapter 205 of these codified ordinances. The amount of the fee shall be as set by ordinance from time to time.
