§ 511.16 TEST PROCEDURES.

Test procedures to determine whether maximum noise levels are exceeded in §§ 511.08, 511.09, 511.12, 511.13 and 511.14 shall be in substantial conformity with ANSI Standard S1.4; ANSI Standard S1.12, ANSI Standard S1.11; SAE Recommended Practice J184; and the others that may be approved by the federal government, state government and/or the City Manager or Chief of Police or the city’s authorized representative.
