§ 141.04 SERVICE DIRECTOR.
   (a)   There is hereby created the full-time position of Service Director within the Department of Service.
   (b)   Pursuant to § 6.07 of the City Charter, the position of Service Director shall be appointed by the City Manager either by reassignment of qualified existing city personnel or by hiring qualified outside personnel.
