§ 121.07 CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   (a)   There is hereby created a position of Clerk of Council with the City of Mason. The Clerk of Council shall be appointed by the Council pursuant to the Charter. During a temporary absence of the appointed Clerk of Council, such other employees as designated by the City Manager may serve in the capacity of Acting Clerk of Council and shall exercise all duties and responsibilities of the Clerk of Council.
