(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates § 154.017(G) shall be fined not less than $200 and not more than $750 for each and every violation thereof plus the costs or charges connected with replacing or establishing the concrete marker to its original location. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(C) Whoever violates §§ 154.022, 154.023, 154.026, 154.028 and 154.034 shall be issued a stop work order, denied an occupancy permit, and shall be fined not less than $100 and not more than $750 for each and every violation thereof. Every day the violations continues shall be considered a separate offense.
