909.99 PENALTY.

Penalties for the violation of any of the provisions of Section 909.01 to 909.10 shall be revocation of the permit and a fine in the amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day, or thirty (30) days imprisonment, or both. (Ord. 95-02. Passed 2-9-95.)
