§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 per each offense.

   (B)    Any offense of any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of §§ 50.25 through 50.30 or any regulation promulgated pursuant thereto, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99.
