§ 50.30 PERIODIC REVIEW.

The City Council shall from time to time and not less frequently than each six months, review the impact and effectiveness of recycling and including any increase cost of operation of each licensee hereunder; and the City Council may, upon such review, modify or amend this subchapter in whole or in part.
