2-7-1: Board Created; Compliance With State Law
2-7-1: BOARD CREATED; COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW:
There is hereby created a firefighters pension and retirement board, with membership, organization, powers, duties and functions as prescribed by state law, and as may be provided by any later laws relating to the board 1 . (1985 Code § 1-48; amd. 2004 Code)
