§ 50.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter, for which another penalty is not provided, shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   The penalty for the violation of the provisions of § 50.017 of this chapter shall be set forth in this section; except that, the minimum fine shall be $2,000 and the maximum fine shall be $5,000.
   (C)   Violation of the terms and provisions of § 50.023 of this chapter shall be punishable by fine not to exceed $500. For the purpose of enforcement of § 50.023 of this chapter, each separate instance of unauthorized and prohibitive provision of scavenger service to a residence or residential use within the city, or each day of failure or refusal to utilize a container to be provided by the city for each residential user shall constitute a separate offense.
   (D)   The penalty for the violation of §§ 50.085 through 50.088 of this chapter shall be as set forth division (A) above; except that, the minimum and maximum fine shall be $500.
