§ 50.088 ENFORCEMENT.

This chapter may be enforced by any sworn member of the city’s Police Department, Fire Department, Director of Building and Housing, Ordinance Enforcement Officer and such other person as may be specially charged by the Mayor with the duty to enforce this chapter.
