The city clerk shall keep a register showing the name and address of each person to whom a license for a taxicab has been issued under this chapter, together with the license number, the description and make of the taxicab, and the name and address of the insurance company provided in section 4-10-3 of this chapter. Such register shall be a matter of public record and open to inspection by the public at reasonable times. (Ord. 2374, 8-22-2011)
