1658.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates Section 1658.01 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.

   (b)   Whoever violates Section 1658.02 or 1658.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned nor more than 30 days, or both, for each offense.

   (c)   Whoever violates Section 1658.03 or 1658.05 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both, for each offense.

(ORC 3737.99(E))

   (d)   Whoever violates Sections 1658.06 through 1658.10 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense.

   (e)   Each day during or on which a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
