1502.06 OUTDOOR PUBLIC ASSEMBLY EVENT PERMIT.

Any person organizing or promoting an outdoor public assembly event of at least 1,000 occupants shall pay a one-time inspection fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per event. Each person operating a temporary structure or engaging in a hazardous activity at an outdoor public assembly event is required to obtain additional permits.
