1163.01 PUBLIC NUISANCE.
Buildings or structures erected, altered, moved, razed or converted, or the use of any land or premises carried on in violation of any provision of this Zoning Ordinance is declared to be nuisance per se. (Ord. 86-260. Passed 12-16-86.)
1163.02 INSPECTION.
The Zoning Administrator or his designated representative shall inspect each alleged violation, and shall, in writing, order correction of all conditions which are found to be in violation of this Zoning Ordinance.

1163.03 CORRECTION PERIOD.
All violations shall be corrected within a period of ten days after the written order is issued or within a longer period of time if indicated by the Zoning Administrator in the written order. Any violations not corrected within the specified period of time shall be reported to the Law Director, who shall initiate prosecution procedures.

1163.99 PENALTY.
The owner or owners of any building or premises or part thereof, where anything in violation of this Zoning Ordinance is placed or exists, any tenant or occupant of such building or premises, and any architect, builder or contractor who assists in the commission of any such violation, and any person who violates any of the provisions of this Ordinance or fails to comply therewith shall, for each violation or noncompliance, be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day such violation or failure to comply exists shall constitute a separate offense.
