1133.02 ENFORCEMENT.
It shall be the duty of the Planning Commission and its staff, together with other appropriate County offices, to enforce this Code within all areas under the subdivision jurisdiction of the Commission. (Ord. 64-222. Passed 9-15-64.)
1133.03 NOTICES.
The enforcement officer of the appropriate agency may serve a written notice or order upon the person responsible whenever he is satisfied that any work is being done or any transactions are being made in violation of the provisions of this Subdivision Code or in violation of a detailed statement or plan submitted and approved by him. Such notice shall direct the discontinuance of any illegal action and the remedying of the condition that is in violation of the provisions and requirements of this Code.

1133.04 APPEAL.
Any person who believes he has been aggrieved by this Subdivision Code has all the rights of appeal as set forth in Ohio R.C. Chapter 711 or any other applicable section of the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 64-222. Passed 9-15-64.)
1133.05 PARTITIONS.
Wherever land is to be divided by the process of partition in court pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5307.06, all petitions for the partition shall be submitted to the Planning Commission which shall take action thereon within thirty days or within such additional time as agreed upon by the petitioners, or as allowed by Court.

1133.06 VARIATIONS.
Where the Planning Commission finds that extraordinary hardship or injustice may result from strict compliance with this Subdivision Code it may vary or modify the same to the extent deemed necessary and proper to grant relief from such extraordinary hardship or injustice, provided that the variation or modification, if granted, is not detrimental to the public interest and is in keeping with the general intent and spirit of the Code.

1133.99 PENALTY.
Whoever willfully violates any section of the Subdivision Code for which a penalty is not otherwise herein provided, or fails to comply with any order issued pursuant to this Code, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
