The Town Council does hereby delegate to the City-County Planning Board the responsibility to accept applications for subdivision approval, advertise and conduct public hearings on preliminary plats, and submit, in writing, its recommendations to the Town Council to approve, conditionally approve, or deny a subdivision proposal reviewed under the Montana Subdivision and Platting Act 1 .
