§ 4-608  LEAVING ANIMALS UNATTENDED IN VEHICLES.
   An owner shall not leave an animal in a closed vehicle, or other enclosure, for such duration, or at such temperatures as an Animal Control Officer deems harmful, or potentially harmful, to the animal.
