(A) When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets described in Appendix B, § 201, hereby made a part hereof.
(B) Any vehicle parked in violation of this section shall be subject to being immediately towed away by the town. The owner of said vehicle, or any other authorized person claiming possession of the same, shall pay for all towing and storage fees prior to claiming said vehicle.
