§ 12-103  BUSINESSES TO BE KEPT IN SANITARY CONDITION.
   All persons doing business in the town shall keep their premises in a sanitary condition. Garbage, including fish boxes, decayed meats, fruits, vegetables, or any other thing which attracts flies, or creates offensive odors, shall be made ready for regular trash pickup by the town.
