§ 11-103  COLLECTION TO BE SUPERVISED BY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS.
   All refuse accumulated in the town shall be collected, conveyed, and disposed of by the town under the supervision of the Director of Public Works, with the exceptions noted in § 11-102(B).
