§ 10-503  ATTENDANCE OF OPEN FIRES.
   (A)   Bonfires and rubbish fires shall be constantly attended by competent persons until such fires are extinguished.
   (B)   This person shall have a garden hose connected to the water supply, or other fire extinguishing equipment, readily available for use.
