(B) (1) Any person who violates § 90.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), imprisoned for not more than twelve (12) months, or both for each offense.
(2) If a person is convicted of or pleads guilty to an offense under§ 90.03(A) arising from the person's treatment of an equine, the court may impose one or both of the following penalties against the person in addition to fines and imprisonment:
(a) An order that the person pay restitution for damage to the property of others and for costs incurred by others, including reasonable costs, as determined by agreement or by the court after a hearing, incurred in feeding, sheltering, veterinary treatment, and incidental care of any equine that was the subject of the offense resulting in conviction; or
(b) An order terminating or imposing conditions on the person's right to possession, title, custody, or care of any equine that was the subject of the offense resulting in conviction.
(3) If a person's ownership interest in an equine is terminated by a judicial order under division (B)(2)(b), the court may order the sale, conveyance, or other disposition of the equine that was the subject of the offense resulting in conviction.

(C) Any person who violates § 90.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one-hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five-hundred dollars ($500.00). (KRS 436.600)
(D) Any person who violates § 90.07 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor with a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) and not more than five-hundred dollars ($500.00).

(E) Any person who violates § 90.09 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not in excess of five-hundred dollars ($500.00) or not in excess of thirty (30) days in the county detention center or both.

(F) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 90.25 and 90.26 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one-hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. This fine shall be in addition to the payments and penalties provided in § 90.28.
(G) Whoever violates § 90.11 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day in which a violation is proved shall constitute a separate and new offense under this section. If the city is the prevailing party in any action brought to enforce § 90.11, the city shall be awarded reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
(H) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 90.25, 90.30 or 90.31 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), imprisoned for not more than twelve (12) months, or both for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
