(A) Lake Peewee and such surrounding areas as may be subject to the jurisdiction of the city is designated as a bird and wildlife sanctuary.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm within the confines of the bird and wildlife sanctuary.
(C) It is unlawful for any person to operate a boat propelled by a gasoline engine or equipped with a gasoline engine on any waters located within the bird and wildlife sanctuary.
