(A) A quorum for any meeting or hearing of the Planning Commission shall be a majority of the voting members of the Commission.
(B) The Planning Commission may set such rules and procedures as are necessary for the orderly conduct of its business. Rules and procedures not otherwise adopted or not covered by applicable law shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order, Revised, as may be necessary for the proper conduct of the business of the Planning Commission.
