§ 74.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 74.04 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each item found to be in violation of § 74.04. For a second or subsequent conviction, the person shall be imprisoned not less than 90 days and shall be fined not less than $500.
   (C)   Any person who violates § 74.05 shall be imprisoned not less than 30 days nor more than six months and shall be fined $500. For a second or subsequent conviction, the person shall be imprisoned not less than 90 days and shall be fined not less than $500.
   (D)   The conduct of an establishment such as described in §§ 74.20 through 74.23 and required to be licensed thereunder, without first obtaining the licenses as therein provided, shall be punishable by a fine not less than $50 nor more than $200.
