§ 74.04 SALES OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep for sale, offer for sale, sell or deliver for any commercial consideration any item which that person knows, or under all circumstances reasonably should have known, to be drug paraphernalia.
