No person, firm or corporation shall operate a public house, inn, hotel or any other establishment for the lodging of transients, or a trailer park or camp or place accommodating trailers, house cars or tents, or an establishment where cabins are rented, within the limits of the county, but outside the limits of incorporated cities, villages and towns without first obtaining a license therefor.
