(A) The holding or conducting of any sale of baked goods or other items on or in county buildings or their grounds is prohibited unless a permit for such activity is issued by the Buildings Committee pursuant to § 54.16.
(B) No commercial activity, such as selling real estate, automobiles or insurance is allowed in the buildings or grounds specified in § 54.01. However, this prohibition shall not refer to any commercial activity pursuant to a state or county contract, such as the auction of real estate held by the county.
(C) No alcohol or alcoholic beverages are allowed to be sold, given away, delivered, consumed or used in county buildings.
