Any person or organization wishing to assemble on or in the following county owned buildings or grounds must submit a permit request pursuant to this chapter. Permits will only be granted for the use of following county buildings and grounds: Madison County Administration Building, 157 North Main St., Edwardsville; Madison County Animal Control, 2160 East Hwy. 143, Edwardsville; Madison County Annex III, 130 Hillsboro Ave., Edwardsville; Madison County Annex IV, 116-118 Hillsboro Ave., Edwardsville; Madison County Annex V, 2125 Troy Rd., Edwardsville; Madison County Courthouse, 155 North Main St., Edwardsville; Madison County Detention Home, 100 West Fifth Ave., Edwardsville; Madison County Handicapped Park, 210 North Main St., Edwardsville; Madison County Highway Garage, Hwy. 143 and Marine Rd., Edwardsville; Madison County Jail, 405 Randle St., Edwardsville; Madison County Nursing Home, 2121 Troy Rd., Edwardsville; Madison County Parking Lot, Second St., Edwardsville; Madison County Plaza between the Madison County Courthouse and the Madison County Administration Building; Madison County Sheltered Care Home, 333 South Main St., Edwardsville; Madison County Special Service Area #1, 301 East Chain of Rocks Rd., Granite City; Madison County T.B. Clinic, 2119 Troy Rd., Edwardsville; Madison County Vehicle Maintenance Garage, 333 South Main St. (Rear), Edwardsville.
