2.90.070   Meetings.
   The Board shall hold a regular meeting at least once per quarter and convene such specially called meetings as it may deem appropriate. The Board meetings will comply with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act and reasonable notice shall be provided to the public. Minutes shall be kept of all Board meetings. (Ord. 507, 2013)
