2.90.060   Organization.
   The Board members, when appointed, shall meet within fifteen days after their appointment to organize by the election of one of their members as chairperson and one as vice chairperson. The terms of the officers so elected shall be for one year and until their successors are elected by an annual election of the membership of the Board. (Ord. 507, 2013)
