2.90.040   Vacancies.
   Vacancies occurring in the membership of the Board by reason of death, resignation, termination of residence in the city or removal from the Board for cause shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor, with the approval of the City Commission, for the unexpired part or portion of the vacant membership. (Ord. 507, 2013)
