Initially, the Mayor shall appoint to the Board three members for one year, two members for two years and one member for three years. The City Commission member so appointed shall serve for a term concurrent with their duly elected term as a member of the City Commission. Thereafter, the terms of all Board members, except the member who is a City Commissioner, shall be for three years, and until their successors shall be appointed and qualified. (Ord. 507, 2013)
