It is the intent of the city that the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, hereinafter referred to as the “Board”, shall:
A. Represent the community at large and not any specific recreational organization;
B. The Board shall keep itself informed of city parks and recreation needs and to serve as a forum for public discussion; and
C. To encourage the general use of parks and recreation programs including cooperation with other agencies and organizations that are involved in providing recreation services for the public good. (Ord. 507, 2013)
