The museum board shall meet regularly, at least once a month, on a regular date to be designated by the museum board and special meetings may be called at any time by the written request to the chairman of the museum board, by three of its members, or on call by the chairman of the museum board. All meetings, whether special or regular, shall be open to the public, as provided by the laws of the state. A majority of the entire membership of the board shall constitute a quorum and no action can be had in the absence of a quorum present. For the purpose of a quorum the ex officio members shall be counted as members present. (Ord. 315 § 7, 1982)
