2.80.050   Officers-Duties.
   A.   The chairman of the museum board shall preside at all meetings of the board.
   B.   The vice chairman of the museum board shall act in the place of the chairman at all times when the chairman is unable to perform his duties.
   C.   The secretary of the museum board shall keep a complete record of all matters of the museum board in reference to the Lea County museum and shall submit copies of the minutes of the meetings to the city commission upon request. (Ord. 315 § 4, 1982)
