It is the responsibility of the emergency management coordinator of the city, to approve the appointment of emergency interim successors. He/she has delegated the authority to approve these appointments to the city manager. It is also the responsibility of the emergency manager coordinator to ensure that the address and home and business telephone numbers of each person identified in this administrative policy is correct and that this data is available and maintained in the department of public safety communications center and the emergency operations center.
