Construction activities by the city shall require the provision of a WECP with the construction drawings. This applies to those projects not part of a subdivision, i.e., road construction or utility replacements, or buildings not issued building permits by the city, i.e., new city buildings or utility substations. Compliance to the WECP and outlined CMs shall be the responsibility of the contractor and subject to verification by the public works department, utilities department or community development department's building/project inspectors or the city project management staff.
