Once construction has commenced, stabilization measures must be taken to ensure that fugitive dust and windblown particulate matter creation is suppressed during any period of inactivity; to include weekends, after-hours and holidays. Permanent stabilization via revegetation, landscaping, paving or the provision of chemical dust suppressants or wetting shall be required for properties once the inactive period exceeds sixty days.
