15.24.060   Implementation.
   Approval and issuance of the building permit(s) and the approval of all outlined CMs contained within the WECP or description shall mandate the implementation of said CMs by the developer, contractor, builder, owner, and/or agents as part of construction activities. (Ord. 526 (part), 2014)
