15.24.050   Dust control plan review and approval.
   Review and approval of the WECP and proposed CMs shall be the responsibility of the city manager or designee. Approval may be conditioned to require additional measures, actions, or other activities, in addition to those actions proposed within the control plan documentation. (Ord. 526 (part), 2014)
