A. the city shall make such inspections as necessary to establish satisfactory compliance with this chapter and shall have the authority to enter upon any private or public real property at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting and mvestigating conditions relating to the enforcement of this chapter.
B. It shall be the duty of the owners of mobile home parks or persons in charge thereof, or owners or occupants of a lot in a mobile home subdivision, to allow the city or their agent free access to such premises at reasonable times for the purposes of inspections.
C. It shall be the duty of every occupant of a mobile home park to allow the owner thereof, or their agents or employees access to any part of such mobile home park at reasonable times for the purpose of making such repairs and alterations as may be necessary to effect compliance with this chapter or with any lawful order issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
D. The city shall conduct an original inspection within the mobile home when it is placed upon any lot. The fee for each original inspection shall be seventeen dollars and fifty cents.
