A building, manufactured home, mobile home or single-family detached dwelling shall be used only for the following purposes:
A. Any use permitted in the "A" single-family dwelling district;
B. One-family dwelling, containing a floor space of not less than six hundred square feet per family;
C. Professional offices, or studios of doctors, dentists, artists, musicians, lawyers and authors, beauty parlors limited to one operator who is the owner of the premises;
D. Nonprofit religious, educational and philanthropic institutions, but not penal or mental treatment institutions;
E. Accessory buildings and uses not involving the conduct of a business customarily incident to the above uses including a private garage. Any accessory building that is not a part of the main structure shall be located not less than sixty feet from the front lot line and shall require three thousand square feet of the land on said lot devoted to it, with a minimum distance of at least fifteen feet between structures.
