No mobile home shall be occupied, located or used for residential purposes unless the mobile home is located on an approved lot or within a mobile home subdivision or mobile home park approved in accordance with applicable ordinances and regulations, blocked and skirted unless it meets or exceeds all fire, electrical and construction codes relating to mobile homes in effect January 1, 1985 and subsequent thereto.
