2.52.010   Created.
   There is created and established a street department of the city for the purpose of management, maintenance, care and operation of the steets and sidewalks of the municipality. The city manager shall have the overall control and management of all things relating to the municipal streets and sidewalks. (Prior code § 4-4-1)
