2.48.010   Created.
   The city creates and establishes a sanitation department of the city for the purpose of management, control, collection and disposal of garbage, litter, refuse, waste and undesirable matters within the city. The city manager shall have the overall control and management of such things relating to the sanitation department. (Ord. 342 (part), 1987: prior code § 4-5-1)
