2.44.350   Inspection of storage facilities-Right of entry.
   The fire chief and the gasoline tax collecting official of the city shall have the right to entry during usual business hours to inspect any and all buildings, premises, meters, books of record, measuring devices and storage containers in the performance of their duties. (Prior code § 4-2-36)
