2.44.340   Delivery of gasoline.
   It is unlawful for any distributor of gasoline to deliver gasoline or motor fuel to any person who does not have a current and valid permit for storage of gasoline or motor fuel and such deliveries shall constitute a violation of this chapter. (Prior code § 4-2-35)
